What are the delivery times?

Orders are shipped from Geneva within 2–3 business days. Delivery within Switzerland then takes 1–2 business days. For Europe, please allow 7–9 business days. A tracking email will be sent to you as soon as your package is shipped.

Can I return an item?

Yes. You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return an item, provided it is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Contact us at ask.universe.ge@gmail.comto initiate a return.

How do I choose my size?

Our pieces are intentionally cut oversized. For a structured fit, choose your usual size. For a more draped, urban look, choose one size up. A size guide is available on each product page.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as payments via Apple Pay and PayPal. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. A?K Universe ships throughout Europe, as well as to Canada, the United States, and Japan. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. They are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Is my personal information protected?

Absolutely. A?K Universe complies with the GDPR. Your data is never sold to third parties. You can exercise your rights to access, correct, or delete your data at any time by writing to ask.universe.ge@gmail.com
